Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Selah Grounds, we take care to ensure that every order is packed and prepared with care. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below before making a purchase.

Matcha Powder

Due to the nature of our matcha products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has an issue with the product, please contact us at hello@selahgrounds.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue and assist you accordingly.

Opened matcha products will only be considered for a replacement or refund if there is a genuine issue with the product.

Bowls & Other Products

For our chawan, bowls, whisks, and other non-consumable products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@selahgrounds.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or other information to assess the condition of the item.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@selahgrounds.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Please do not dispose of the damaged product or packaging until we have reviewed your case.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will only be provided where an issue with the product has been assessed and approved by Selah Grounds.
