selah grounds was born from a simple desire, to create a space where you can take a pause and rest.

rooted in faith, our name is inspired by the word selah, found throughout the Psalms written by king david. Through worship, david spent time in the presence of the lord, pouring out his heart through song and pausing to reflect and rest in Him. from these moments of stillness, Selah reminds us that amidst the rhythm of life, there is always room to slow down, be present, and rest, trusting that no matter what we face, God is working all things together for our good. Sometimes, all we need to do is to be still, and rest in Him.

And that is what we hope Selah Grounds can be. restful grounds in the midst of our everyday lives.
